Attempted Delivery;  Upon delivery attempt, if there is no response within 15 minutes, and nowhere to leave your order as agreed upon prior to delivery, a 2nd delivery attempt may be made within that week (depending on location). After initial delivery attempt, arrangements for the customer to pick up their order will be made.

Delivery Area;  Delivery area generally includes the (415) and (510) area codes (Oakland & San Francisco). Acceptions are made for further distances (such as (650) and (707) with a minimum order of 3+ bottles.
