FAQs:

  • Non-Refundable;  A credit will be issued if order is changed or canceled, good for up to 2 months after original purchase date.

  • Perishable Product;  For best quality, please refrigerate after opening and in between uses. Good for about 3 weeks after production. Ginger drinks traditionally can be fermented under proper conditions.

  • Order On Time;  Monthly orders placed after the cutoff date as determined at the time of the monthly ad announcement will be added to the following month’s orders.

  • Attempted Delivery;  Upon delivery attempt, if there is no response within 15 minutes, and nowhere to leave your order as agreed upon prior to delivery, a 2nd delivery attempt may be made within that week (depending on location). After initial delivery attempt, arrangements for the customer to pick up their order will be made.

  • Delivery Area;  Delivery area generally includes the (415) and (510) area codes (Oakland & San Francisco). Acceptions are made for further distances (such as (650) and (707) with a minimum order of 3+ bottles.

  • Unable to Ship;  In order to maintain the integrity and freshness of this product, shipments through USPS or any other mail services are not available at this time.
